Region: Castilla La Mancha Cultivars: Hojiblanca, Arbequina
This beautiful, bulled bottle holds a blend of the juice of two excellent mild olives, Arbequina and Hojiblanca. The resulting oil is fruity and aromatic. The key to the fresh fruitiness of this olive oil is the careful handling of the olives, which are harvested at the perfect time to capture the optimal flavour and pressed within six hours of being harvested. We recommend this for novices to the world of Spanish Olive Oils; it is a well-rounded blend of two cultivars indigenous to Spain.
The family has been growing olives since the 19th century near the small village of Viso del Marqués. There they tend to more than 12,000 trees, using the knowledge of generations paired with modern techniques to create a healthy and flavourful olive oil.
