Artichoke Hearts


These artichoke hearts are left raw and uncooked.

Ideal Pairings:  toss with a salad, stir in with pasta, on an antipasto platter, on pizza, make into a dip, baked au gratin, sliced in a caprese salad or right out of the jar!

Ingredients:  raw artichokes, sunflower oil, sea salt, white wine vinegar
