A unique taste: fresh, sweet and citrusy chocolate. The first chocolate produced with certified "Siracusa Lemon IGP" zests, processed manually by separating the skin of the lemons, then dried for 36-40 hours at 30 °C.
A very joyful and fresh citrusy flavour, delicate and soft, which evolves gradually in your mouth leaving a persistent after-taste.
Organic Ingredients: Raw Criollo Cacao bean paste, concentrated coconut flower sap, dried “Siracusa Lemon IGP” zest (3%) (cocoa solids: 77% minimum).
May contain almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts.
