I Prodotti del Casale is a Calabrian company located in an area of high historical and geographical depth. The province is that of Reggio Calabria, near Cape Bruzzano, better known as Zefirio, in the town of Bianco. Here, nature is untouched.

Capo Bruzzano, the only intact peninsula of the Ionian coast of Reggio, received the award by Legambiente as one of the eleven most beautiful beaches in Italy. And in this scenario if by magic , the company cultivates, produces, transforms and preserves tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. The entire production cycle (sowing, harvesting, processing and storage) is constituted under the hot Calabrese sun. And this is the secret and the quality of the products.

The tomatoes are hand harvested when perfectly ripe, cleaned by hand and processed immediately, with short processing times and no later than 6 hours from collection. All of the products are bottled in glass and not cans.

Today they are the only company in Italy , in Europe and Asia to work with tomatoes and not use salt. The University of Calabria , with the help of some analysis, confirmed that there is no need to add salt because of the contact with the salt water in the land.
