Érablière les Sucreries d’Or is a family business that has been operating since 1999. They specialize in the production of organic maple syrup. Located in Bonsecours, in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, their maple grove has more than 50,000 cuts.

Thanks to its unique taste, it is one of Canada’s best maple syrups. It comes from only one terroir which makes it authentic.
They are certified organic! Only 20% of maple syrup that originates from Quebec is certified organic and they are one of the producers.
Organic certification ensures that no chemicals are found in the products and that the development and maintenance of the sugar bushes are carried out using sustainable techniques.
Although maple is a natural product, several stages follow one another before obtaining the final product as it is known. The strict standards of organic certification aim to ensure that the entire production complies with sound, ecological and sustainable procedures.
