Region: Calabria Cultivars: Carolea, Ottobratica, Sinopolese
Aspromontano: Greek for White Mountain, this oil was named after the Aspromonte Mountain Range where our olive groves are situated. We recommend this be the first oil you try before you branch out to the other olive oils in our family’s collection.
The perfect balance of the classic, Calabrian Carolea olive and our signature cultivar, Ottobratica. It’s flavourfully fun and very versatile!
The Fazari family has been passionately producing high quality Olive Oil since 1940. The company considers itself a guardian of an ancient and masterly tradition handed down by knowledgeable oil producers of the past. Passion, solidarity, dedication, this is what characterizes the agricultural work of Olearia San Giorgio. The olive trees used to produce the oils are situated on the foot hills of the Aspromonte National Park in the town of San Giorgio Morgeto. The Fazari family have lived in this territory, rich in history, culture and resources, developing an intense relationship and a deep bond with the land that goes far beyond business.

I started using this oil in a cooking class and I've never turned back. It's the best extra virgin olive oil I have found.
Flavourful and can be used to add the perfect finishing touch to any dish. Also highly recommend the Aspro Virgin olive oil for cooking.
This is a great olive oil! My family is from Italy so pulling out the true flavours in the oil and into our food is something we love and it was a great oil for cooking or just drizzling over a salad with a vinegar from sarafino. All the beautiful flavours are there and I truly recommend! deliziosa!
Fantastic product! Highly recommended!!!
This is my absolute favourite olive oil. I especially love to drizzle it on popcorn!
