This small family producer is located in the plains of Vercelli, Italy where for almost 6 centuries rice has been exclusively cultivated. Everything from the landscape, flora and fauna to the culture of the population and local cuisine is deeply connected with the rice.
There are no added preservatives, colouring agents or flavour intensifiers like glutamate.

This is by far my favourite risotto - better than I’ve ever had in a restaurant!
