These chestnuts are derived from a single estate, family business that has been around since 1977. Located in Cicala Italy - the Muraca family grow, harvest and produce this product.

Naturally gluten free, raw and organic. Chestnuts are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and high in fibre.

Sweet and slightly nutty flavour.

Ideal Uses: pancakes, waffles, crepes, bread, baking, homemade pasta, enriching soups

Producing quality is a family tradition that has been handed down since 1992. Giacomo Muraca and his wife Ivana decided to turn their love of the Calabria for its precious fruits and local traditions, into a business reality. Today, their son Antonio has taken over the company with pride.

They only use the raw materials of the territory, putting all of the effort and passion towards the products. The are single estate meaning that they grow, harvest and process the products on their farm.
